Elsie Winne Edstrom is a longtime valley resident who can often be found hiking or biking the trails with her dogs, friends and family.  The view from the pool in the summertime is one of her favorites!  Her kids grew on the bike trails, learned to swim at the pool and participated in the soccer program, so Elsie is happy to help the Rec District continue to offer all the wonderful amenities and programs!
